Join Partnership Committees




The Partnership has three standing committees led by our membership. These committees perform the crucial work of the Partnership—setting agendas, choosing among possible strategies, and taking action.

Get involved in this exciting work! Committees are energetic, collaborative, and fun. Committees are open to all members and usually meet once a month.


Member Services Committee

The Member Services Committee works to inform and activate our members, and to increase our membership.

Duties include:
    • Developing membership meetings tailored to current organizational issues
    • Designing activities that meet the ongoing needs of the membership
    • Recruiting new members and overseeing the membership application process

Advocacy Committee

The Advocacy Committee oversees the Partnership's advocacy initiatives.

Duties include:
    • Implementing the Partnership's legislative platform at the city, state and federal level
    • Identifying important initiatives that the Partnership should lead or collaborate with
    • Developing key political allies
    • Raising political awareness around the movement to end homelessness
    • Mobilizing members and their participants as advocates

Resource Development Committee

The Resource Development Committee helps obtain crucial resources to support the Partnership's work.

Duties include:
    • Overseeing the implementation of the Partnership's fundraising plan
    • Identifying potential avenues for resource development
    • Recruiting potential funders
